David Rivard
David Rivard is the author of three books of poems, Bewitched Playground (Graywolf Press), Wise Poison (Winner of the Academy of American Poets Laugh- lin Award) and Torque (winner of the Agnes Lynch Starrett Prize). His poems have appeared in several anthologies including Poets of the New Millennium, as well as AGNI, American Poetry Review, Ploughshares, Third Coast, and numerous other leading journals. He has won Guggenheim, NEA, Massachusetts Arts Foundation and Provincetown Work center Fellowships as well as a Pushcart prize, and he has been a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Award. He is a renowned teacher at Tufts University and is poetry editor of The Harvard Review.
