Philip F. Deaver
Philip F. Deaver, Writer in Residence at Rollins College and the 1986 Flannery O'Connor Award winner for Silent Retreats, is also author of a poetry collection, How Men Pray. He edited an anthology of CNF, Scoring From Second: Writers on Baseball, and he has held fellowships from the NEA and Bread Loaf. His work has appeared in Prize Stories: The 0. Henry Awards, and The Pushcart Prize.
