Red Heart the Ticker

Husband-and-wife duo Robin MacArthur and Tyler Gibbons of Marlboro, VT, are Red Heart the Ticker. Red Heart the Ticker's two albums are For the Wicked and Oh My! Mountains Below. They have been featured on NPR's On Point and have appeared on Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion and have performed recently in Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, and Philadelphia. They are discussed in the epilogue of It Still Moves: Lost Songs, Lost Highways, and the Search for the next American Music (Petrusich, Faber and Faber), part travelogue, part music history, and part exploration of new Americana music.
